Meet Katie, the creative behind Creating Sparkles! ✨💕

With a mission to make everyday moments more magical and special events sparkle, Katie brings a little extra fun, creativity and ✨sparkle✨ wherever she goes!

Katie is a licensed braider and natural hair care specialist who loves creating everything from party braids to festival-style feed-in braids. She’s also a lover of all things creative (especially a good DIY kit!), an NC State alum, NC native and dog mom to her Rat Terrier, Lincoln.

You’ll get to experience a little of that Creating Sparkles magic for yourself at our Glam + Glow event this Wednesday!

Meet Isabel, the woman behind Your Village Witch 🌙🔮

A nature-loving witch and tarot reader of 13 years, Isabel creates spaces rooted in ritual, reflection, healing and our connection to the natural world.

Through seasonal group rituals and practices like tarot, journaling and time spent in nature, her work invites people to slow down, reconnect and find joy in growth and moving forward. 💛

She’s also a fiddle player and singer in a Raleigh-based country band, has an MFA in fiction and is currently working on her second novel, loves fairytales and folktales, and feels most at home gardening or swimming in the river. 🧚‍♀️✨

At the heart of it all is her belief in healing ourselves, reconnecting with one another and deepening our relationship with the magical planet we call home.
