Breathe better. Sleep better. Live better. Strengthen your airway. Meet REMplenish. Begin your fight against snoring with the REMplenish Kit.

This water bottle is more than it seems. Anders Olmanson, a former student at the University of Minnesota discovered a study that discussed the affects of playing the didgeridoo on those who suffer from sleep apnea. This study inspired Anders to set out to replicate this affect in a simplistic way so he could help a wider audience that suffer from snoring. He created the myofunctional therapy nozzle to serve this purpose. This product simplifies the exercises and makes them easy to do daily, just drink water. REMastered Sleep spent months measuring the results from a wide array of users who participated in their summer usability program. They found their final product helped 9 out of 10 snorers to decrease their snoring, get a more restful sleep, and strengthen their muscles in their throat and mouth. Snoring is a common affliction and the current solutions out there, just aren't good enough. They impact your sleep, are unsexy, and they mask the underlying problem. We at REMastered Sleep believe healthy should be easy. This nozzle is our solution. Get your REMplenish kit today and start your fight against snoring.

We asked kids about airway health… and things got a little chaotic. 😂
From attempting to pronounce “myofunctional therapy” to deciding whether we’re supposed to breathe through our nose or mouth, we definitely got some interesting answers.
Safe to say, you never really know what you’re going to get when you hand a kid a microphone. 🎤😂

We asked Minnesota State Fairgoers one simple question:
What do you think this thing does?

A whistle? A fancy water dispenser? Something else entirely?

The guesses were good. The real answer is even better.

The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle™ doesn’t just bring water into your mouth, it’s designed to encourage proper tongue movement and swallowing patterns while you hydrate.
Turns out, there’s a lot more happening with every sip than you might think.

Turns out, “Are you interested in your airway health?” wasn’t getting us very far… 😂
So we asked a different question: Do you snore - or know someone who does? 👀
Suddenly, everyone had an answer.
Airway health might not be something you think about every day, but the signs can be a lot more familiar than you realize. 👃💤

Ask Patty: If I’m using a Myo Munchee and the REMplenish™ Myo-Nozzle™, can I skip myofunctional therapy?

Short answer: not quite.

Both the and REMplenish Myo-Nozzle can be valuable tools for supporting oral function and healthy habits—but they’re designed to complement the individualized guidance of a myofunctional therapist, not replace it.

Think of the tools as part of the toolkit. Your myofunctional therapist helps determine what you need, how to use those tools effectively, and what else should be part of your plan.

Could your breathing habits be hiding in plain sight? 👀

Mouth open at rest. Waking up with a dry mouth. Still feeling tired after sleep.

These everyday signs can be easy to brush off — but they may point to mouth breathing.

REMplenish turns something you already do every day into an opportunity to support healthier breathing, exercising the tongue and oral muscles with every sip of water.

A small habit. A brighter way forward. ☀️

It’s brighter here.

Not all sips are created equal.👀 💧

A regular straw helps you drink water. The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle is designed to add resistance to every sip – encouraging your tongue, and oral muscles to get to work while you hydrate.

Same habit. More intentional sip. 💪

Turns out, EVERYONE knows a snorer. 😂😴

Snoring may be common, but it can also be a sign that your airway deserves attention.

Better breathing starts with paying attention.

Most of us never think about tongue posture. But where your tongue rests may play a role breathing, swallowing and oral function.

So.. did you move your tongue after watching this?

REMplenish is designed to turn something you already do every day—drinking water—into an opportunity to engage and exercise your tongue and oral muscles.

You’re already drinking water. Make the sip count.🩵
