This class is tailored towards the person who lives a crazy stressful life and wants to master being calm in moments of tension. This class focuses on breathing through muscle tension and taking that power with you throughout the day to handle the stress of the world.

The Full Moon 🌚✨🌝 energy was so magical, even tho it's the 7th I still feel the magic with me. I felt compelled to get into healing work with the intention to heal myself first then help others heal from similar wounds. This one on one session will teach you how to use your breath to release emotions stuck in your body, while assisting you through the process and other tools you can use when you are on the go.
