I’m celebrating World Breastfeeding Week! 🤱 👶 💕 this is a week designated to bringing awareness to the necessity of nursing help and support for women and babies across the globe. Breastfeeding is such a new skill and experience for women. It comes with many ups and downs- supply, latch, discomfort, positioning, bonding, and frustrations. As a new mama and acupuncturist I have heard and experienced most of these challenges and I want you to know that regardless of how you get your baby fed, I am here to support you and your body. If breastfeeding is your journey, acupuncture and herbal medicine is great for supply issues, mastitis, clogged ducts, DMER, and more.
