Unpopular opnion: When you have non-congenital scoliosis it's reversible. When you have disc's that are herniated or bulging it doesn't have to hurt all the time. Sciatica, dont need that either! With the correct exercises, breathing and bodywork you can unlearn your pain.

The text messages I get to wake up to. My client started experiencing hand and shoulder numbness while recovering from a hernia surgery! This is result after only 1 session and a good night's sleep.
I experienced this over 10 years ago with no one to give me relief. Our struggles and victories are there to help others. They may not feel as impact full as this but I promise you its for a purpose.

I had the best helper at work today.
Thought I would share this long video of a fun session. Baseball player with a CAM and pincher surgery, never felt the same post op. Discovered some pallette/tounge issues in our assessment. After this and a few more techniques he had substantial relief that he hasn't felt in years. I applied mixed modalities generally following Active Myofascial Therapy (the diamond method) I learned from Irene Diamond, mixed with courses Ive taken from a variation of Postural Restoration Institutes methods from Conor Harris @ Pinnacle Performance Gym. Plus a good 20 years of my own pain and experience in the field.

Big Change here at KS! I have switched to clean certified laundry products. I have always used allergen free oils but now I can ensure my clients their skin won't be exposed to harmful chemicals or hidden fragrances during each session! Hopefully there will be no p**p or spit up to clean 😅
