Huge shout out to one of our personal training clients, Ricky for completing his 1st Marathon over the weekend
The pure grit and discipline to complete something at this scale is serious
Ricky has been working hard since he started in our personal training program
He was never a runner before
In fact, he started with us simply to drop some weight
70 pounds later people tend to create new goals
& that's exactly what Ricky did 👏
