CONSTIPATION 
Are you feeling constipation problem?
What is constipation?
Constipation is a condition in which:
*Infrequent bowel movements. 
*Difficult passage of stools persists for several weeks or longer. 
*Constipation is generally described as having fewer than the three movements a week.
*Stools that are hard, dry or lumpy. 
Sign and Symptoms of Chronic Constipation 
*Passing fewer than three stools a week.
*Straining to have bowel movements. 
*Feeling as through there,s a blockage in our re**um that prevents bowel movements .
*Increased blood pressure when trying to empty the bowels. 
*Needing help to empty re**um,such as using massage on our abdomen. 
*Headache. 
*Re**al bleeding.
*Gas & bloating.
*Lack of appetite.

Causes of constipation
*Not drinking enough water.
*Eating foods low in fiber. 
*Not getting enough exercise. 
*Stree/depression. 
*Sedentary lifestyle. 
*Eating large amount of milk or cheese.
*Changes in your regular routine, such as travelling or eating or going to bed at different times. 
*Resisting the urge to have a bowel movements. 

How To Prevent Costipation
*Drink enough water about 3 to 4 litre in a day. 
*Eat more fiber especially soluble ie whole grains,cereals,nuts,seeds, lentils, chia,oat bran&fruits. 
*Eat green /leafy vegetables like broccoli, methi,spinach etc.
*Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements (curd).
*Avoid fried food.
*Avoid bakery products. 
*Avoid regular tea /can have green tea.
*Do exercise atleast 30 to 45 minutes daily. Be active whole day .Do meditation (help in street release).
*Have proper sleep 6 to 8 hours.

NOTE...Follow healthy active lifestyle by taking balanced diet, drinking enough water,  exercising regularly,  reducing stress levels and taking a good sleep of 6 to 8 hours can help a lot in preventing constipation. 05/12/2021
