Consistency looks like this…..

6 lbs down. 11 total inches gone.

But here’s what the scale doesn’t show — the discipline she brought every single week.
No perfect days.
No perfect weeks.
Just showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

This is what happens when strength training becomes your foundation.

Not cardio. Not a crash diet. Not a 30-day quick fix.

Strength training — because it reshapes your body, protects your bones, balances your blood sugar, and builds the kind of metabolism that actually works for you long term.

She’s a busy mom.
Her calendar is full, her to-do list never ends — and she still carves out that time for herself every week.
Why??? Because she knows you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s how you show up better for everyone else.

She didn’t chase perfection.

She chose consistency — and consistency always wins.

So proud of this client and she’s just getting started!!!

The women who stay healthy and strong year after year aren’t more motivated than everyone else.

They’ve simply built habits that support the life they want.

It’s not about perfection.

It’s about showing up consistently, especially when life gets busy.

Choose the life you want and live it, make it STRONG!!

Can we talk about this for a second?

Somewhere along the way, women got the message that there’s a “right age” to wear a two-piece swimsuit.

I don’t buy it........

Before Rachel left for vacation, I gave her a challenge: wear the bikini and take a picture of yourself that you love.

Not for anyone else. For you.

Because confidence doesn’t come from hitting a certain age, weight, clothing size, or body fat percentage.
It comes from knowing you’ve shown up for yourself.
And Rachel has done exactly that.

When she started, she was primarily a runner and hadn’t incorporated strength training into her routine.
Over the last 6 months, she’s embraced the process and the results speak for themselves:

• ✅Down 6 pounds
• ✅3 inches off her waist
• ✅2.5 inches off her hips
• ✅1 inch off her chest
That’s true body recomposition and major strength gains.

And she accomplished it while working full-time and finishing her degree.
No perfect schedule.
No perfect circumstances.
Just consistency.

I tell my clients all the time: wear the suit.
Stop waiting for the “right” time, the “right” weight, or the “right” age.

You did the work.

You deserve to feel proud of the body carrying you through this life.

And Rachel nailed it, she looks AMAZING!!
So proud of her!

B-Stance RDLs on the Belt Squat 🍑

Setup:
→ Grab the V-bar, attach to the belt squat

→ Working leg foot flat on the platform, positioned toward the back

→ Ball of foot of support leg is lined up with the heel of your working leg foot

→I tend to position toward the back of the platform.

→ Drive 70-80% through the working leg, 20-30% through the support leg

→ Slow and controlled — no rushing the eccentric

Why I like this one:
the belt squat gives you lots of control and helps keep form tighter.

The glute engagement on the working leg is no joke — you feel it lighting up from the first rep.

This one’s a keeper. Try it on your next leg day and tell me how it feels.

WHAT CHANGED????

6 lbs down.
2 inches off the waist.
2 inches off the hips.

In just 6 weeks.

But here’s what ACTUALLY changed —

✅ Her habits
✅ Her consistency
✅ Her mindset

No crash diet.
No 2-a-day workouts.
No perfection.

Just small, daily choices that compounded into REAL results.

Everyone wants the quick fix.
But the people who win long term?
They stop chasing perfect and start chasing consistent.

That’s the game. And she PLAYED it.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally build a plan that actually fits YOUR life — drop a comment, or send me a DM.
Let’s get to work.

Strength training isn’t part of your plan — it IS the plan.
Everything else just supports it.

Cardio, nutrition, sleep, GLP’s and even your medication — they all work better when you have muscle backing them up.

Here’s why lifting deserves the top spot on your priority list:

• ✅Metabolism: More muscle means your body burns more calories at rest, not just during your workout.

• ✅Blood sugar control: Strength training improves insulin sensitivity, helping your body manage glucose more efficiently.

• ✅Bone density: Resistance training is one of the few things proven to maintain and build bone strength as you age.

• ✅Body composition: This is how you change your shape — not just the number on the scale.

• ✅Longevity: Muscle mass is one of the strongest predictors of independence and quality of life later in life.

• ✅If you’re on a GLP-1: This becomes even more critical. Without resistance training, a meaningful portion of the weight lost can come from lean muscle — not just fat. Strength training helps protect that muscle so your results are sustainable, not just temporary.

STRENGTH TRAINING is the foundation.
Build it first!!!!

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!!!

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

I couldn’t be more proud of the work this client has put in over the last 5 months.

When she started, she had never tracked her nutrition or followed a structured strength training program. She simply committed to learning, trusted the process, and showed up consistently.

Here’s where she is today:

• 25 pounds lost• 4 inches off her waist• 2 inches off her chest• 4 inches off her hips

And the best part?

None of this came from being perfect.

There were busy days, challenging weeks, and plenty of opportunities to quit. Instead, she stayed focused on the next right choice and kept moving forward.

That’s how real, lasting results happen.

Take a moment to celebrate her today. We all need encouragement, and success is even sweeter when we cheer each other on.

Strong Will. Strong Mind. Strong Body.

Let’s stop chasing skinny and start chasing strong.

06/01/2026

Somewhere along the way, the conversation shifted back to being skinny at all costs.

But being smaller isn’t the same as being healthier.

As women age, we naturally lose muscle mass (sarcopenia) and bone density, increasing the risk of osteoporosis, falls, fractures, and loss of independence.

No diet, peptide, supplement, or GLP-1 medication can replace the benefits of strength training.
Those tools have their place, but they don’t build the muscle and bone strength needed to support you for decades to come without strength training along side of them.

Strength training isn’t just about how your body looks today.

It’s about staying strong enough to live life on your terms tomorrow.

It has to become a non-negotiable part of your overall health journey.

Let’s focus on GETTING STRONG!!!

05/21/2026

Muscles can’t be bought.....They must be earned!!!!

These arms didn’t come from a quick fix.

They came from consistency and showing up even on the hard days.

Tammy has been hitting the reps, dialing in her nutrition and doing the work over and over again and her arms are proof of that, they look amazing!!!

Everyone wants the results, but not everyone is willing to work for them.

Stop chasing shortcuts and start building habits that actually last.

Strong looks good on you!!!
