Excited to be doing some advanced training in TMJ and TMD this weekend.

Friends!!! I literally am asked every day what is the best pillow for my neck pain.. believe it or not.. I always recommend Ikea... but look what costco has... only 4 dollars more than my recommended pillow. Grab these before they are gone. .

Ive been shifting a little in my practice.. the world is a stressful, chaotic place.. im really moving to what I feel what clients need. Calm... reset.. gentle..but yet being a therapeutic therapist.. if your world is crazy and you can't seem to get to the calm place because of your pain. MAYBE ITS TIME TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!
