I choose strength. IVF starting 9/6. 🤞🙏 After decades of Lyme treatments I never thought I would be given the option to mother a child, but I quiet the fear and listen to the hearts whisper of yes, so we move forward.

Garden update pictures! I'm going to have a ton of cucumbers very soon! Thrilled with my two trellises this year! We moved the one I had last year and added a second one.

Sometimes it takes a village to make a baby❤️

As you may or may not know my partner and I have been undergoing fertility treatment for about 5 months now. On Friday, we will be doing our last IUI before the recommended switch to IVF. 🤞❤️🤞

We are putting everything into trying to conceive (TTC) and have decided to ask our friends and family to join in this round. Hopefully the boost of energy will finally bring this baby earthbound.

One wife's tale in the TTC community is to eat McDonald's French fries after the procedure to promote success. Please make a wish for baby Wargo on Friday and eat some french fries. If you do so, please send me a picture here or directly to Chris or I. If nothing else, seeing everyone joining in will certainly bring us some joy to during the dreaded two week wait!!

I've included a link to an article below that speaks to why McDonalds fries. I know it seems silly. However when you’ve been trying for a few years you become pretty willing to try all sort of things!

Infertility is an emotional roller coaster that impacts 1 in 8 couples. It can be incredibly isolating. I’m beyond thankful for my partner and the closeness it has brought us. We appreciate everyone’s support as we’ve navigated through this experience. We are very hopeful that someday Baby Wargo will be joining us.
