🇺🇸 3rd Annual Memorial Day Competition 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is a week from today and that means it’s the start of outdoor workouts! For the past couple years we’ve kicked off outdoor workouts with a bang by hosting a friendly/fun competition. This is held at the soccer field next to the firehall at the Ellicottville Park.

For this years event we are looking for teams of 2. It will be $30 each team. You and your partner will work together to complete 10 stations. These stations will be bodyweight exercises. At each station you will have a certain number of reps you must complete before moving to the next station. We will use the honesty system, meaning it’s up to your team to be honest with your rep count. I, Brad, will be roaming around making sure exercises are being done properly.

There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. First place will each receive a $50 gift certificate to Warrior Fitness, second place will each receive a gift certificate for a 30 minute massage from Mountainview Massage and third place will each receive a gift certificate for The Edge Hair Salon.

ALL competitors will be taking home Warrior Fitness water bottles just for showing up and joining in on the fun!

1. Start time is 830 AM
2. Must pre-pay by Saturday, May 27th
3. All fitness levels
4. Ages 12 and up
5. If raining, it will be held at the gym
6. Wear your red, white and blue

We offer gym memberships, fitness classes and personal training. As our slogan says, “There’s A Warrior In All Of Us. What Are Your Goals? Let’s Achieve Them Together.”

Another cool thing? We get the opportunity to expand our business to another town to help even more people live their best lives possible. And we can’t wait for the day that happens. Our overall goal? To spread throughout Cattaraugus County to help create one of the healthiest counties in NYS and help as many people as we can with their physical and mental health through exercise.

I not only instruct bootcamp classes, but I drop the beats to keep you motivated and moving throughout the workouts. These beats get you pumped, put you in the zone, make the classes fly by and help you sweat because you’ll be working like a warrior.

We are wrapping up our March camp and it’s time to get signed up for our April camp. If you’ve been considering joining our bootcamps there’s no better time than NOW! Trust me!

Here’s the deets: ⬇️

1) 4 week Bootcamp starting on March 27th and ending on April 28th because this guy is going on vacation and will miss a week.

2) Classes are held on M,W, F at 6AM and it’s $100 per person

3) All fitness levels and fun for all!

4) Chance to WIN PRIZES!

5) My mission as the instructor is to get you to show up to every class. Why? Because showing up is where the results come in, it helps you get into a routine and plus it’s fun having more people in a workout class! With that being said, we will be tracking your visits for this next round.

Who ever comes to Bootcamp the most days will win a $100 gift certificate to Warrior. The second most visits will win a 30 minute massage from Regina Rae Mowry at Mountainview Massage. Our third place winner will win a haircut with Jess at The Edge Hair Salon. I think these are great prizes to help keep you motivated and on track for showing up to each class.

One year ago today we got the opportunity to shoot an incredible winter wedding out at The Woods at Bear Creek. It was one of those magical days that every winter bride dreams of - the sun streaming through the trees, glistening on the freshly fallen snow, and illuminating everything in ways that only a sunny winter day can. There were so many truly stunning moments that day - ones that could somehow only happen in the quiet of the snowy woods. It was honestly breathtaking, and we're so lucky to have been the chosen ones to capture it all.

📣Announcement 📣

The Salon is moving !! Although 14 years on Monroe street has been nothing short of amazing, it is time to start a new chapter.

I am so excited to announce that the salon will have it’s own space in the building with Warrior Fitness. Brad Poole has kindly invited me to join him and the other businesses at the gym. Businesses within the building along with the gym, include a chiropractor and a massage therapist. I will fit right in, and will still be located in the village ( Park avenue, right off of Rockwell, and will now have a parking lot ).

MORE EXCITING NEWS :let’s not forget Nurse Jamie, from Orchard Park Aesthetics, will still be with me, and will use the space as her “Pop Up Location” in Ellicottville a few times a month.

STAY TUNED for a final date announcement! I will be trying to reach out to all of you during the month of December with details. The new space will be ready in January.

❤️I want to give a big SHOUT OUT to my girl and stylist Jessica Rome! She has decided to accept a job out of state and will be leaving the salon.

I am grateful for the time she has spent at The Edge Hair Salon. The energy, enthusiasm, education and laughter she brought has been amazing! I’m so proud of you Jess. Your going to do great! I’m sad my friend is moving. For 14 years I’ve owned this salon. 14 years I’ve had stylists walk through the doors. Of all the years no one has walked in with as much confidence as you, no one has walked in and was instantly a true friend! Love you girl !
