• Ellicottville Salt Cave and Spa, a premier wellness destination, is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our spa. We’re also interested in hiring a General Manager, so if you have managerial experience please reply. Licensed Estheticians and Licensed Massage Therapists are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide information about our services, packages, and promotions
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system
• Handle laundry duties (wash/fold spa sheets/towels, etc.) and maintain Salt Cave between guests.
