Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. A minimum of 48 hours is requested.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a fee that must be paid prior to rebooking:

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, there will be a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.



After 3 cancellations, regardless of how much notice, accounts will be flagged as habitual offenders. Once flagged, a non-refundable deposit, 50% of the scheduled services, will be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your services.

Hello, all! I have only two Saturday openings for color until August. Saturday, May 30th at 1:00 and Saturday, June 13th at 12:00.

Miki has an opening on Tuesday 1/13 @ 1:00 and on Thursday 1/29 @ 10:00 for a color service for January 😁. Message to scoop this up.
