I have been traveling for work a ton! What has gotten put on the back burner is my health. Took some free moments to focus on what makes me feel healthy. First visit at the Edwardsville The Only Facial Edwardsville a much needed visit to E’ville Fitness and an evening walk with a friend.

Pickleball with Jack D***s & Dingers. I was pretty terrible but enjoyed the one on one time with my boy.
Last Minute trip to Pieces for games laughs, tea for two akd a short time in lock up. (15 seconds….enough for a pic). If you haven’t stopped by to enjoy a night at Pieces what are you doing? Go now!

There are times of day at the gym hit different. I am normally a PM gym girl but took advantage of the day off and went in the morning. I didn’t love it, but ai loved the workout.
