Trial and Consultation:
A trial is essential for the bride. It ensures that you are happy with how you will look on your wedding day, that you don't have any sensitivities to the products used and that your day will run smoothly with your make-up, timings, and requirements arranged in advance. If you already have some ideas for your make-up, please have photos or magazine cuttings with you to show Mandy. She will chat with you about the style of your dress and wedding, ans color themes . The finished result should feel comfortable for you, fit in with the style of your wedding and your personality, and most importantly, last all day. Individual and full false lashes are available at extra cost. Your Wedding Day:
On your wedding day Mandy will arrive at the time and place agreed. Mandy will work from the notes made at your trial but will also listen to any ideas you may have had since. Your make-up should be applied after you have had your hair styled but before you get dressed. Please allow 1 to 1 ½ hours for the Trial and 1 hour on the day of your wedding for makeup. The full balance of your wedding make-up is payable on the day or beforehand either by cash or bank transfer.

10 years ago, I became a Reiki Master. ✨
And the truth is, I didn’t become one because I had some grand plan to help other people.
I became a Reiki Master because I needed to find myself again.
I had just come out of an extremely abusive relationship, and I was trying to figure out who I was underneath all of the hurt, fear, and trauma. Reiki was something I turned to because I wanted to heal myself. I wanted to reconnect with my own energy, my intuition, my strength, and the person I knew I was still inside.
In the beginning, Reiki was just for me.
Then I started practicing on my friends and family. Then my food. 😂 My plants. My pets. Pretty much anything I loved. And over the years, I even had the incredible opportunity to practice Reiki with horses at a gypsy farm. 🐴✨
And somewhere along the way, I realized…
This was so much more than something I was doing for myself.
Two years ago, when Aura & Alchemy came to life, I began offering Reiki to clients, and it has become one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
I have the privilege of working with people of all ages, from children to the elderly. People who are navigating trauma, loss, illness, major life changes, crossroads, grief, transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.
And every person comes with their own story.
Reiki isn't about me "fixing" you. You don't need to be fixed. 🤍
For me, Reiki is about creating a safe, peaceful space where you can slow down, breathe, release what you're carrying, reconnect with yourself, and allow your own energy to move and restore.
It can be incredibly calming. It can help you feel grounded and connected. And sometimes, emotions come up that you didn't even realize you were holding.
Honestly, some of my favorite moments are when a Reiki session ends and we're both crying the good tears. 🥹🤍
Because sometimes healing looks like finally exhaling.
Sometimes it looks like remembering who you are.
Sometimes it looks like realizing that the version of you that you thought was lost… was still there all along.
That's why I became a Reiki Master 10 years ago.
