Tomorrow at the Leaf Open Market we will have a small sampling of autumn and Halloween themed reusable cloth pads! These are a great alternative to disposable pads—washing them isn’t as bad as you’d think, and no more filling the landfill! We are a division of —look for their logo!

We forgot to share the cut of our Dandelion twice infused soap. We created a tea with fresh dandelions and pressure infused them into olive oil. Plus we did a swirl of annatto and turmeric infused oils, and added local honey and a light blend of citrus essential oils.

Finally got DANDELION 💛🌼🦁 soap made! This has both olive oil that was gently infused with dandelion, plus a tea using dandelions; local honey from Hogs & Honey LLC, turmeric, an essential oil blend, and I added a little annatto seed infusion to create some color contrast. No artificial colors, fragrances or soap bases here! Watch for the cut in a day or 2, available in about 4+ weeks.

We are lucky to live so close to the lake. The water grounds me, especially when I need it.

Ok, so I know the world went from Halloween straight to Christmas 👻💀➡️🎄🎅🏻but can we still enjoy fall 🍁🍂a little more? This soap smells a lot like a pumpkin pie 🥧 because it has pumpkin purée 🎃 and a tiny dash of pumpkin spice and complimenting essential oils (well below the safe dermal limits). It also has coconut milk and pumpkin oil in the formula. You should Google the benefits of pumpkin for the skin (because technically big brother tells me I can’t tell you that!) but trust me, it’s great as a year “round soap! We put a lot of thought into each formula, changed the labels until we were happy—they are ready for your self care needs!

🚨***This might be a TMI post for the people without a uterus! About 10 years ago when I discovered I was pregnant with my first child—I researched cloth diapers and stumbled across the world of reusable cloth menstrual pads! We were very low on cash those days, so I decided to sew my own “RUMPs” with the small stash of fabric I had, plus incorporated my tie dye 🌈 hobby into the mix! A year later I was selling them—up until about 2018 when I started to transition to my soap and bath bomb business. Well, we will soon be bringing these back, but under this name! For now we will be selling off stock that is already made (we have close to 400 pads left).
