Please value our stylist's time as much as we value yours. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance to allow a client to fill that spot. Please understand that when you do not give enough notice that time is lost and money is taken out of our stylist's paycheck.

*Cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to owe price of the appointment canceled. These fees must be paid before Rescheduling
If a client arrives 15 minutes or later than scheduled, the stylist may not be able to provide the service for which the client is scheduled for. Clients may be asked to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
