WHAT IS D-LIMONENE?

D-limonene is a compound sourced from the peel of citrus fruits, including include oranges, mandarins, limes, and grapefruit. D-limonene is said to offer a variety of health benefits, in part because of its ability to dissolve fats—including cholesterol. Being a solvent of cholesterol, d-limonene has been used clinically to dissolve cholesterol-containing gallstones. Because of its gastric acid neutralizing effect and its support of normal peristalsis, it has also been used for relief of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD).

Today we are doing dinner easy and making tuna. This accomplishment needs to live here in the feed! 2 REASONS FOR THIS POST!

1st…peace & calming gets up paint! 😱 We’re doing some painting in our rv and got some spatter. Didn’t know what to do so did some research and saw that peace & calming works for that! So not only is the paint coming up but it smells great! Which brings me to reason number 2…

If you’re a part of .oilytribe and not on the team page with all its resources then get on there! That’s where I was able to search and find suggestions of what has worked for others. I was able to put the word “paint” in the search and a post from May 2019 came up with this suggestion.

THE POWER OF THIEVES 🙌🏾🙌🏾

This past weekend our family went camping by a lake. We love to swim so once we got our site set up it was time to get into our bathing suits and head to the lake. Imagine my surprise when we realized all of my bathing suits were left at home. Hubby so sweetly packed for me and forgot them 😜 Jayla saved the day by letting me use her extra one BUT it was white. You can imagine by day 2 what a white bathing suit looked like while camping 😬

Thieves saved the day! I drenched the dirty suit in Thieves Dish Soap. Rubbed it together so it could get in there! Washed it with hot water using 2 capfuls of Thieves Laundry Soap…BOOM it’s white again! No filters on the pictures.
