GYLT eats

Back to work this week after a procedure, but I certainly took no prisoners on the meal prep front. Now that I can breathe (deviated septum, bone spur, and retention cyst were all blocking up and inflaming my face) I’m eager to get right back to my wellness goals. That means fueling recovery, expansion, and baselines for TDEE, RMR, and NEAT. Grateful to be working with on those numbers. What’s your go to meal prep? I love grilled/roasted proteins, lots of veggies, and complex carbs.

Four years ago I embarked on a path for knowledge and credentials. I’ve since completed my BA in nutrition, my CPT and CNC certs, additional wellness courses, the opening and closing of the meal prep faction, numerous challenges, lots of healing, and a total career shift. Yesterday I committed to my continuing education credits to maintain my certifications because while I have no clue where this side quest will take me, I promise to always be a resource to myself and others where health goals are concerned. I am eager and wanting to embrace the mother healer energy that’s always been coursing through me. Until then, maybe I’ll just work on this account for pretty food pictures and the sorcery of nourishment to inspire fueling ourselves the way our bodies deserve. 💜
