Hands With Heart

Big changes coming for Hands With Heart this year! I will be working over the next few months to transition my patients from my private practice at home to Fairbanks Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine where I have been working since October 2022.

Beginning in March, you will notice limited availability at my home practice as I begin working more hours at the clinic. As of March 31, I will no longer be accepting insurance at my home practice.

It is my hope to continue caring for you at the clinic where I will be working 4 days per week. I do book out 4-6 weeks so make sure to plan ahead!

Please join me for some beginner yoga classes! I’ll be teaching twice a week now. Tuesdays at Fairbanks Yoga and Fridays at Yellow Bird Yoga 💕
