FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS

Physical therapists are found to be 2x more accurate, in their clinical diagnosis, than that of Non-Orthopaedic Providers (P*P, General Care, Pediatric, and Emergency Room Physicians, Podiatrists, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners).
Patients in VA are now allowed to directly see a PT for 60 days (without prescription)...why not skip a step and get treated right away? Let us try to fix you first. If we can't or we think you should see a specialist, we will guide you to the most appropriate/skilled orthopaedic MD for your diagnosis.

We are having some Internet issues in at this time which is affecting our phone lines. Please message us here if you need to get us ASAP… Otherwise we are working to fix this and will continue to update everyone here.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET. On a day that we remember so much fear, tragedy, and uncertainty; we also remember a day that Americans all came together as one. Thank you to our military personnel and first responders that continue to work tirelessly to keep us all safe. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Youth sports are amazing for our children's physical/mental health, socialization/teamwork skills and for many other reasons. However, as kids play sports more frequently and become specialized early, they are more prone to injury. Physical therapy not only plays a significant role in helping kids recover from injury...physical therapists can also serve as educators about injury prevention.
Not all PTs treat children for orthopaedic injuries and pediatric injuries cannot always be treated the same as adults. We do at Excel! We love working with the youth athletes and always include a discussion on injury prevention in the future when working with them. Here's a great article to read up on physical therapy and youth athletes

Physical Therapists are movement experts who help people reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and stay active throughout life. However, there are a lot of misconceptions that often discourage people from seeking physical therapy treatment. It’s time we debunk those myths!
