1️⃣Seated Chin Tucks: Start this exercise by sitting down. Pull your chin back towards your neck, as if you were sliding your chin off of a table. Hold for 3 seconds.

2️⃣Upper trap stretch: Start seated with your arms by your sides. Lean your head gently to the side until you feel a stretch in your neck. Hold for 20 seconds.

1️⃣Sidelying External Rotation: Start this exercise by laying on your side with your elbow on your side and your palm near your belly button. Raise your hand to a comfortable level, slightly above 90 degrees. Then, lower slowly to the starting position.

🏋️♂️When this becomes easy, make it harder by holding a light dumbbell in your hand!

2️⃣Theraband Row: Starting with bands in both hands and arms extended, bend your elbows as you row your arms back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold for 1 second, then return to the starting position. Any type of resistance band will work for this.

1️⃣Hip Clamshell: Start this exercise by laying on your side with your legs bent at 45 degrees. Keep your heels together and raise your knee towards the ceiling. Lower your knee back to the starting position.

2️⃣Pillow/Exercise Ball Squeeze: On your back with a pillow or exercise ball between your knees, squeeze inward for 3 seconds, and then relax.
