We’re looking for experienced Wedding Day Coordinators + Luxury Wedding Childcare Providers to join The Luxe Beauty & Co. team for 2027!
✨ LUXE DAY-OF COORDINATORS
Our coordinators are the bride’s right hand on wedding day , from setup to the very last detail.
You’ll help:
🤍 Set up & decorate
🤍 Bring the bride’s vision to life
🤍 Handle last-minute errands
🤍 Keep the timeline moving
🤍 Make sure everyone is where they need to be
🤍 Communicate with vendors
🤍 Handle unexpected problems & little details
🤍 Keep the bridal party relaxed while they enjoy hair & makeup
🤍 Assist throughout the celebration
🤍 Tear down, pack up & make sure everything is taken care of at the end of the night
The goal? The bride shouldn’t have to manage her own wedding. She should be able to get ready, celebrate, dance, enjoy her guests and soak it all in. 🤍
🧸 LUXE WEDDING CHILDCARE
This is so much more than babysitting.
We’re creating a premium, professional childcare experience specifically for weddings , with providers who are hands-on, engaged and genuinely love working with children.
Our childcare team will:
🤍 Play & interact with the children
🤍 Plan age-appropriate games & activities
🤍 Keep kids entertained and engaged
🤍 Do crafts, games and fun activities
🤍 Help with quiet time or naps when needed
🤍 Provide attentive, hands-on care throughout the wedding
🤍 Give parents the freedom to fully enjoy their celebration
Our childcare providers will be CPR/First Aid certified, background checked, experienced, dependable & professional.
We’re building a childcare experience that feels just as elevated and intentional as the rest of the Luxe experience. 🤍
✨ Both positions are paid per wedding with opportunities to grow with Luxe as we continue expanding.
