The road to healthy hair after it’s been damaged is a long one. But it CAN be done!
Extensions are a great tool to help through that journey (as seen in this picture) but there’s a lot you can do before you come to me for extensions!

Start with using a professional quality product line. I very highly recommend seeing a stylist for recommendations that fit your hair type, texture and goals.
Turn the heat DOWN or eliminate it altogether if you can. NEVER put heat tools above 340* but ideally lower still. If your heat tools are just “on or off” throw it away and invest in a good quality tool (again; ask your stylist)
Always use a heat protector before heat styling.
Always use a detangling agent (oil or leave in) before brushing.
Sleep in a low/loose ponytail or braid and use a silk pillow case or bonnet to stop excessive friction.

There’s so much more you can do but these things will dramatically change the health of your hair!
