Today’s Apple adventures included library trip, playgroup, lunch date with mom, and schoolwork! 🍏🍎

Well, I needed this. I will fully admit that I snapped at my 4 year old over pencil grip🤦🏼‍♀️ Not a proud moment, more the reason to share. He isn’t perfect and I can’t make him. I feel the need to make him “perfect” to show others that homeschooling is NOT just us watching tv all day. And I feel like I need to prove myself as a stay at home mom. Then I remember, god knows my heart. My husband knows my heart. Zeke knows my heart. That’s all that matters, I hope you enjoyed an update for the imperfect mom.

Emotional post:
I once had 9 totes full of shoes and clothes from birth to age 4. I now have 1 tote half full. I am so proud of myself yet so sad for myself. Holding onto material items doesn’t bring us a baby any faster. Gods timing, god plans, and they are always perfect. One day I will understand why when I am meeting our two babies in heaven. Until then I feel good, we have one super amazing wild boy. He’s been asking more and more lately about babies and when we will have one at our house. He’s so pure and sweet. Long story short. I am proud of letting go of clothing that once held my baby, then toddler, then big kid! I have few items but special ones only half a tote worth. I am so happy with our life and so happy for all the moms I have met in this past year. God is so good, I am a daughter of a king. His plan, he never fails. Don’t ever forget it! Thank you for being here❤️

Today at a glance! We also did play-dough and kinetic sand to work on fine motor skills. We are now playing outside enjoying the weather. Zeke is 3 popsicles deep, wish me luck😂

We made it through our first week!!! Today we went to visit Nanas work and got some Chick-fil-A , which is my son’s favorite. Lastly is our artwork for the week and the “old school” clock that brought me right back I elementary school I found at goodwill!
