Our last meet up was bittersweet 🥺💖 eventhough we agreed to continue to meet up lol but our mentorship circle has come to an end, and I just don’t have the words to explain how my heart feels to work with people who’s actually willing and ready to do the work on themselves. This was my first with more than one person at a time, but I also love the dynamic we created! Thank you for trusting me to show up in this space as yourselves..

What a way to close out men’s mental health month! When Mr. Henry first started coming, he definitely struggled letting go, allowing energy to flow and release. He has been so dedicated to his wellness, he’s actually doing the work and listening to his body in his everyday life.. I’m so proud!

My heart is so full! Watching men pour into themselves and allowing themselves to rest and receive intentional care was everything I could ask for! I’m grateful to Project Center for the collaboration, this is exactly what our community needs. I’m especially grateful to my team! I absolutely LOVE y’all. This wouldn’t have been so magical without y’all and just doing what you were called to do in this lifetime 💕✨

Your Girl is MF’n Tired lol!! But no for real, I obviously love contacting with you guys so I don’t want to eliminate it completely but I’m not resting well, and the weeks feel like they are 3 days long and the few things we do have control of we have manage so that we’re still operating at full capacity.
