I’m opening the doors to something I’ve been thoughtfully creating: Nature’s Ambrosia Reiki I & II Practitioner Training.
This is a one-on-one, four-week training experience rooted in the traditional practices of Usui Reiki, with somatic healing and breathwork woven throughout to help you develop presence, embodiment, and trust in yourself as a vessel for the work.
You’ll learn traditional Reiki hand positions, Reiki I & II practices, symbols, attunements, self-Reiki, session practice, distance Reiki, grounding, and more.
4 weeks • 3 hours per session • One-on-one
And because these are the first students to experience this training in its founding form, the first 4 students will receive the Founding Student rate of $333.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so you don’t have to wait for a group training cycle.

Not Your Mother’s Tea: Can you be friends with somebody you feel never took accountability for how they hurt you? They accused me of being stuck in the past.
You’re not stuck, but you’re still healing. You don’t have to manufacture a friendship just because you want to be over it and you’re clearly not. Feelings are information, use it. If you aren’t ready you just aren’t. Be honest with yourself about it though.
