Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Elizabeth Donat. My friends call me Liz, Lulu, and Lizzy and the hubs calls me ‘babe’ but whatever you call me know that I will answer with knowledge based on training and experience!

1. There are different methods and cleansers you can use for double cleansing at night and it will depend on your skin’s unique composition.

2. Serums are your work-horse products that will change your skin. If you’re just using moisturizers and not layering serums underneath them, then you’re missing a crucial step!

3. SPF may seem unnecessary when you spend so much time indoors or the temperatures are cool but it’s necessary year round if you want to avoid brown spots, wrinkles and sagging skin. Remember, if you can grow plants in your house then the UV rays are strong enough to age your skin.

4. Exfoliating is a weekly affair! There are so many easy ways to do it via devices, peel pads, masks and scrubs. Exfoliating your skin will keep it smooth, soft, hydrated and free of blackheads and build up.
