Illustrating Wonder

I started in the industry at Macy’s Chanel Counter Manager when I was 19. Over the years I have worked for brands such as MAC, Bare Minerals, Origins, and Estee Lauder. This journey even gave me the opportunity to work at Ulta as Prestige Manager, which at the time was in charge of many popular brands. These brands include Too Face, Clinique, Smashbox, IT cosmetics, Urban Decay, and many more. Some of you may have seen me before at these locations or when I had freelanced weddings for Salon Onyx in Lakeville. In 2010 during my 5 years working at MAC I created my own wedding makeup business and I have continued ever since. I absolutely love the ability to do freelance work for weddings. I enjoy building relationships with clients who become friends and to be a part of such a joyful occasion! There isn’t anything more special than a beautiful bride on her wedding day! I am forever grateful for every opportunity to do what I love! My name is Alyssa and here’s a little about myself. Graduated Aveda in 2003 and have been behind the chair since. Hair is my passion and creating the desired look you dream of.

2020 I decided to branch out, take an risk, and follow my dream and own my own business. You can find me at Alyssa’s Hair Studio located inside Salons by JC Apple Valley. I’m drawn to formal styling because I love making a vision a reality for your special day. My goal is to stay up to date with the latest trends! With the love and support from my wonderful family and friends Karen and I are able to Illustrate your perfect day� We can’t wait to meet you!
