Dear valued client’s, I would like to formally inform you I will begin medical leave as I am having back surgery on September 04, 2024.

I am expecting being well enough to return to work October 15, 2024, for scheduled appointments, there is a possibility, however, that my appointments will be limited depending on my recovery, but I am expecting being well enough to return to work by oct 15. It will be an adjustment period!

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about my absence. I look forward to getting back to work and feeling much better once this is completed!
