t Revenge Cakes & Confections is a Scottsdale, Arizona based company branching into Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. Pastry Chef Eric Freeland, Pastry Chef Sean Unterdorfer, and Pastry Chef Becky Valencia are each 2010 Pastry and Baking graduates of Le Cordon Bleu of Scottsdale; together they make up the Pastry Chefs, Cake Designers, Chocolatiers, and Confectionary Artists of Sweet Revenge. Each of the Chefs acquired and mastered skills from some of Phoenix Valley’s most prestigious and well known Resorts, Cake Shops, and Bake Shops. At Sweet Revenge Cakes & Confections, we believe in Quality, not Quantity, as we only take on a few custom cake orders every week to ensure each cake surpasses the expectations of the client. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients, ensuring that your satisfaction is guaranteed not only with the aesthetics of your cake or dessert, but also with the flavor. Every custom cake order begins with a cake consultation. During the Cake Consultation we begin the process of building your unique one of a kind cake from the flavors of the cake to the overall design details being added. We design the cake to match any theme, color scheme, even the personality of a client, carefully bringing all aspects together to shape the perfect cake for your special celebration. Every special event, occasion, or celebration deserves a cake equally as special. We hope you choose us to provide a cake, sugar or chocolate showpiece, and/or confection for your next event whether it’s an important dinner, birthday party, baby shower, wedding, or just a "Thursday", we promise to provide an exceptionally unique cake, showpiece, or equally as special dessert for any occasion. How much do your cakes cost? Sweet Revenge Cakes & Confections:
Because our cakes are completely custom made, and priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list. Cake prices begin at $5 a slice, again depending on the level of detail, shape, and complexity in design this price will change. We find that most of our clients choose designs that start at about $7 per serving. There is a 30 serving minimum on wedding and tiered cakes.

3D, sculptural cakes start at $700. We are happy to work within your event budget and encourage you to contact us for a design/tasting appointment so that we can discuss your cake order in person. We feel meeting with someone face-to-face and getting to know their ideas is the best way to plan a spectacular cake! Where do you deliver to, what do you deliver, and how much is delivery? Sweet Revenge Cakes & Confections:
Our delivery range is roughly 3-4 hours from Scottsdale, Arizona; 4-5 hours from Farmington, New Mexico; 2-3 Hours from Durango, Colorado; and 3-4 hours from Salt Lake City, Utah. Delivery is available for wedding cakes and cakes that require on-site assembly. We cannot guarantee that any particular staff member will deliver your cake. We strongly recommend any cake higher than 2 tiers along with any sculptured or carved 3-D cake be delivered. We do not ship any cakes that are larger than 1 tier. Delivery fees are calculated by distance traveled and are roughly $125 an hour. How do I order a cake? Cakes & Confections:
To start the order process, please send an email to [email protected] containing all the following information:
• the date of your event
• the occasion/nature of your event (wedding, birthday, etc)
• the event location, delivery address, and delivery time
• how many people you will need to serve
• your daytime phone number
• your email address
• six flavors from our flavor list you would like to sample
• an idea of what kind of cake design you are looking for
We will contact you to discuss your order and/or schedule an appointment. What’s your payment policy? Sweet Revenge Cakes & Confections:
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least one week’s prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 40% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made by cash, check, or money orders. Cake orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice requires payment in full by the listed payment methods at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided "Sweet Revenge Cakes & Confections" is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event. Design/Tasting appointments are held for most, but not all, cake orders. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required for appointments, payable by credit card. The $100 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your cake. Event dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and five (5) business days afterwards. If we do not receive a signed contract and 40% deposit within five (5) business days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
