Please accept this correspondence as a formal notice to cease and desist all activity on social media sites using my address to advertise your imaginary business page!

The nefarious actions you sought and continue to undertake against, Kenny’s Healthy Living Burkeville, not only constitute tortious interference with Kenny’s Healthy Living Burkeville’s business, and terms of use, but fraud and misrepresentation. Therefore, the aformentioned is actionable under Virginia law.

If Kenny’s Healthy Living Burkeville is forced to commence a lawsuit in order to address these intentionally disruptive and damaging actions, be advised that we will seek recovery of all attorneys’ fees, inoperable business days and cost incurred herein as a result. While we hope this is not necessary, we are prepared to pursue whatever avenues are necessary on our behalf to ensure our business operations continue uninterrupted. Further, upon any further discovery of such activity, such will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
