Refund & Cancellation Policy:
-I require a $50 deposit for any chemical treatments (color, straighteners,etc). Cancel or Reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and receive your full refund. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
** the deposit will go towards your hair service.

-If you have a scheduled appointment and fail to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding, as my time and effort to provide the best services to my clients is valuable!
