Alright y’all… it that crazy time of the year for me! 😭🤯😜
Please be patient and understand!
We have a lot of things going on with end of school year and competitions ect…
Then there’s appointments and birthdays.
So from now till after the 4th things will be crazy and spaces are limited!
If you have to miss a scheduled appointment it may be awhile till I can get you back on the books.
To all my mammas in the same boat please pray for me and I’ll pray for you!
May end of the year drive a mommy crazy is in full swing!!
Also, please no one get it twisted a “vacation” with kids is not a vacation!!
I will need some patience when we come back from “vacation” cause I will probably be feeling like I’ve been ran over and dog tired.

Strawberry 🍓 twist with pink berries
Just so yall know, even though I know things I’m always 🤔 over loaded with thought that things that I know I should do, I also forget to do! Let me give you an example of something that I preached to y’all that I should not forget, my heals have been crap lately and I have my foot file thingy (y’all know the one I love) well it’s right by my toilet and I’ve been using it, but getting so frustrated that the back of my heels still feel a little rough …all these weeks of being frustrated with my feet, it finally dawns on me 💡 that I haven’t been doing my lotion for awhile cause I well I’m in menopause and more crazy than I’ve ever been!
Just thought I’d share that I myself try to preach self-care and how to take care of your body in your skin and here I am for getting a basic step 🤦🏼♀️
