I show women all over the country that are gearing up for their amazing 40s and after how to create lasting and healthy habits that transform your life!
Slow mornings with furry friends, desert walks, and appreciating the little rituals that ground us.... even in the AZ summers, always grounding getting out with the pup, so fun.
The older I get, the more I realize that a beautiful life is built through small moments.
Morning light. A quiet home. A cactus reaching toward the sun.
Maybe peace isn't something we search for. Maybe it's something we notice today.
✨ What's one small thing bringing you peace lately?
Slow morning moment. Drinking tea. Sunlight. Watering the cactus before the day and work start moving fast. 🌞🌵
What’s your favorite part of the morning?

Amazing evening hike up snow bowl last night! That's a workout at over 8,000 feet after being at sea level for 4 months. Awesome!

It has been a while friends. I've had some adventures and met some incredible incredible people the 6 weeks since I left Fl. I'm grateful for so many things. I'm home and how I missed my life, my friends, my retreat in the pines, hiking, cooking, being my normal healthy self, yoga on solid ground, and my life. ....i'm sure there's another adventure just around the corner. And, it's going to be an adventure that feeds my soul, my inner and outer beauty and lights me up in an authentic and loving way. Stay tuned.
