Meet this week’s takeover host, ! ✨
Allie is a master certified electric muscle stimulation trainer, functional movement and lifestyle coach with a passion for combining primitive movement techniques along with the latest and greatest in fitness tech: EMS, ARX, CAR.O.L, Vasper and more. She enjoys utilizing devices like Nu Calm and PEMF for recovery, but is also a huge fan of the basics - she believes nothing beats quality sleep, sunshine, cold exposure, grounding, stretching and meditation.
Allie believes how hard you recover is more important than how hard you train and looks to help those around her find balance, appreciate where they’re at in their health and wellness journey and encourages all to continue searching for new ways to nourish the body from the inside-out.
She’s a foodie, adventurer and loves meeting new people + exploring new places. If you’re ever in NYC, feel free to reach out to her for a good workout, recovery session or the best food recommendations 😉
