There is many retention killers and most are avoidable! Here is a few I see often.

•Sleeping on your face/ side sleeper. You will notice your most slept on side is the first to go.

•Not cleaning your lashes! Using a lash shampoo and cleaning your lashes everyday is so important and will make your lashes last longer!

•Pulling, touching, rubbing anywhere near your lashes.

•Tears/salt water deteriorate the lash glue! Very important to wash after a cry or swim.

•Wind. One that’s not really thought about! Hair dryers, boat rides, car rides with aggressive wind will cause pulling, tugging, and twisting and potentially damage your lashes.

•Any oil product. Skincare or makeup with oil ingredients will also break down the glue.

Taking care of your lashes is so easy! Wash and brush daily and avoid a few things and your lashes will stay beautiful with longer retention times!
