Please read so you are informed of our salon policies. We hate to do this but unfortunately we have no choice with the amount of no call/no shows & last minute cancellations.

At Ooh Lala Salon & Spa we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request that you follow our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at Ooh LaLa Salon & Spa, 256-762-1033 during business hours.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our team for the time that was set aside for your appointment. Multiple Late Cancellations may result in a deposit or prepayment for future services.

No-shows: Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service & deposit or prepayment for future services.

Late Arrivals: We understand delays happen. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. We may treat late arrivals as late cancellations and apply the cancellation fee. This ensures we can provide the best service to you and our other clients without delays.

Booking Deposit: For certain high-value services or group services we may require a deposit of 25-50% at the time of booking. We apply this deposit to your service total and it is non-refundable.

Refunds: Cancellation fees and service deposits are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.

Good afternoon everyone. I wanted to update everyone on the direction my business is going in. I've decided with careful consideration and long discussions with coworkers that I will be taking a position at Ooh LaLa Salon & Spa starting October 22nd 2025. I will be available Wednesdays - Saturdays
With this change there will be a major rebranding for my page! I will now be known as "Nails by Mikaela" this helps better distinguish me as a nail technician rather than business owner. I look forward to this new direction my business will take and hope to see you all in the future.
