Another year around the sun- grateful for it all
If Iโm being honest it has also come with its fair share of challenges. The world feels darker than ever and itโs been difficult for me to continue posting on social media when I know that thereโs so much going on. Given with the current political climate & global unrest I want to remind everyone to continue to play your part in taking care of yourself. Changing the world starts with you & you need to feel your best in order to do so. Your health and wellness must continue to be a top priority in your life- no matter what.

I wasnโt born with this mentality. Iโve doubted myself. Iโve had fear that I would give up halfway through. It wasnโt until I took the step to invest in myself & go all in that I experienced this new level to the gameโฃ

Radiating confidence in every aspect of my life. My physique, my career, my relationships with other people, and how I show up on a day to day basis. Staying dedicated over the long term game has shown me the power of my mind and spirit. By pouring into my own cup through movement and nutrition Iโm able to show up better in all aspects of my lifeโฃ

Balance with my food choices. I accept that not every day will be perfect. I know that social events will only be more frequent moving forward. I accept this reality and plan ahead where I can. Grocery shopping every single week is a must.โฃ
Staying organized with the majority of my meals for the week is a no brainer. Hitting my macros with a flexible dieting approach is what keeps me on track and allows me to indulge guilt freeโฃ
