Are you an organized Florida Registered Nurse who loves both leadership and patient care? We are looking for a dual-threat OR and Practice Manager to lead daily business operations and clinical workflows at our fast-paced plastic surgery and liposuction center!

This is a 100% in-person, full-time role (30–40 hours/week) balancing high-level administration with hands-on clinical support.

Pay & BenefitsSalary:
$40–$50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required:

Licensure: Active Florida RN license required. Active BLS, ACLS, HIPAA, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team: Manage daily facility operations, oversee medical staff, and handle HR/timesheets.

Clinical Administrative: Ensure strict compliance, infection control, and inspection readiness.

Patient Care: Coordinate pre-op/post-op care, handle virtual/in-person checkups, and step in to assist with room turnovers or clinical shortages when needed.

Inventory: Order surgical consumables and coordinate equipment maintenance.

If you were a cosmetic procedure, which one would you be and why? Renuvion! I am best on my own, but if you pair me with another, I can make things even better! ;)

What’s your favorite "magic trick" or superpower at the clinic? Activate and engage people.

It’s a Saturday morning - what's your routine? Sleep longer until my husband wakes me up! Then make myself a cup of Nespresso Hazelnut coffee, go back to bed and get cozy, and watch Countdown on TV with him.

What’s the most "I’m not crying, you’re crying" moment you’ve had with a patient after their transformation? (not had one yet )

You just finished a long shift at Exert—where is your favorite local spot to grab a quick dinner or drink? It will be 1am in my timezone, so that will most likely be me hitting the hay after, lol!

What’s the one piece of advice you frequently give patients before their procedures? "You'll be in great hands!"

What's something patients would be shocked to learn about you? I am the Jill of a plethora of trades.
What’s your go-to pump up song? "Can't Stop" by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

What is your favorite way to "sculpt" your own confidence when you're not at work? Meditate at home if I feel I need grounding. And/or enjoy a glass of Prosecco sitting at a table on my own in an exquisite lobby of a 5 star hotel. There's magic in being inside a luxurious space, listening to a pianist enchant you with their music, and observe how people communicate in different ways.

If you were a cosmetic procedure, which would you be? Chin lipo — because she got it done herself and loves her results!

Your superpower at the clinic? Queen of content. Full stop.

Saturday morning routine? Run at the park, then coffee with the besties.

Most emotional patient moment? When patients sit down for their testimonials and just pour their heart out. Hearing how much their confidence has changed and how they feel like themselves again — those moments really stay with me.

Favorite spot after a long shift? Chipotle. Always Chipotle.

Advice you always give before a procedure? Follow your post-op instructions and TRUST THE PROCESS. Swelling is temporary — that 6-month to 1-year mark is so worth it.

Something that would shock patients? I am allergic to bananas. Sworn enemies.

Pump-up song? "Pump It" by Black Eyed Peas or anything by Bad Bunny.

How do you sculpt your own confidence? Staying consistent at the gym + maintenance days (nails, hair, brows — the works).
