1. Honey, Red Onion & Garlic Syrup
Ingredients:
Red onion • garlic • fresh ginger • cinnamon stick • whole cloves • lemon juice • raw honey

2. Ginger Lemon Honey Tea Concentrate
Ingredients:
Fresh lemons • fresh ginger • raw honey

Instructions (for both):
Add all sliced ingredients to a clean glass jar and pour raw honey over everything until fully covered. Seal tightly and allow the ingredients to infuse.

• Syrup may be stored in a cool, dark cabinet.
• Tea concentrate is best stored in the refrigerator.

Use by the spoonful or add to warm water as desired.

Elderberry Herbal Syrup ✨ (Immune Support Blend)

Ingredients:
• Dried Elderberry – 1 to 1½ cups
• Spring Water – 1 gallon
• Star Anise – 4 whole stars
• Black Peppercorn – 2 tbsp
• Cloves – 1 tbsp
• Mullein Leaf – 1½ cups
• Ginger – 2–3 whole roots, chopped
• Turmeric – 4 whole pieces, chopped
• Navel Orange (or any citrus) – 1, sliced
• Lemon – 1½, sliced
• Lime – 1½, sliced
• Local Raw Honey – 2.5–5 lb jar (to taste & preservation)

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients except honey to a large pot.
2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
3. Simmer uncovered for 45–60 minutes, until liquid reduces by about 50%.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
5. Strain out all herbs, fruit, and spices.
6. While liquid is warm (not hot), stir in raw honey until desired sweetness and thickness is reached.
7. Pour into sterilized glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.

Shelf Life:
When properly prepared, stored cold, and handled cleanly, my elderberry syrup lasts up to 1 year.
