Revitalizing your relationship, your mental wellness, and your beauty routine, inside and out!

I will say it forever!

It’s. The. Small. Things.

Seriously, the happiest couples make the ordinary matter, make it important, and make connection intentional, in small ways, every day!

A good word from a great expert!

“You need to go to therapy” is probably not the greatest way to get your spouse to go to therapy!

The imagery in this is so good! Having a biblical marriage is possible when you both “race to the foot of the cross”.

Looking for three simple, faith-rooted micro-habits you can use today for greater mental resilience?

1) Anchor with a 3-breath mindfulness pause—with each breath, notice what you are feeling, name it, and then give it to God and return to the present moment. It calms the nervous system and reconnects you to God’s presence.

2) Catch and reframe one negative thought with this simple prompt: “What evidence supports this?” Then replace it with a truthful counter (i.e. scripture or a positive affirmation such as "I am strong and can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." It trains your mind and reminds you of God’s truth. Woohoo neuroscience!

3) End with a brief prayerful reflection: list one gratitude, one hope, one ask. It cultivates spiritual resilience and steady hope.

These practices are research-backed and designed to heal body, mind, and spirit. Try one today—what will you start with?

5 Reasons You May Want to Attend a Relationship Workshop

1. Love is intentional, relationships take effort, putting in the work with good guidance yields great results. 💕

2. We never know everything there is to know about our partners! We change! Give yourself the opportunity to learn something new. 📝

3. The barn and the grounds for the next two workshops is BEAUTIFUL!!! You’ll have plenty of time to take in the scenery (or view it through a window if nature isn’t really your thing). ☀️

4. Return on Your Investment: You’ve invested your time, your heart, your life into your relationship. Protect your investment with the skills you’ll learn. 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻

5. FREE FOOD. Do I really need to say more?? Plus you’re going to laugh at least a little. It’s a workshop, but we still have fun! 🥳

And finally…

💜BECAUSE YOU LOVE EACH OTHER!!💜

So funny, and so true!! Was just talking to my own kids about this the other day. We can’t always rely on our feelings to get us through the day. Feelings aren’t facts, and sometimes they can lead us astray, but we can learn from them!

Don’t let your feelings dictate your day, but don’t ignore them either!

😆😆. This is funny…but seriously, moms often forget to prioritize “me time”. Find what recharges your batteries and make time for it!!
