To be honest I’ve been in a rut. I’ve felt like a failure lately and my mind keeps telling me I look the same as I did last year. That I’ve undone all my hard work. I’m struggling to get back into a rhythm. I have a lot going on behind the scenes and good habits die hard. I’ve been stuck gaining and losing the same 5 lbs for awhile now. But this gentle reminder that I didn’t give up this year & I’m nowhere near where I was last year. Slow and steady wins the race. I am a better me, mentally, physically, & emotionally than I was 365 days ago. 💗
