Loaded teas aren’t the cheapest option. For some people, loaded teas are about more than what’s in the cup! They can be about drinking more water or flavors you look forward to drinking. They can also remind you of memories of childhood or special people. They can also be about replacing habits that aren’t serving you. Loaded teas also be about having something fun to look forward to on a stressful day or being part of a community that is a little chaotic (or a lot of chaotic), a little (or again a lot of) caffeinated, and supportive.
