WET BALAYAGE 💦 using my trusted Redken Blonde IQ 9+ lightener 🤌🏼
This is my go to method for blondes that need a little extra bump on the ends, but not enough to go into a foil.
Typically I will use a 1:3 ratio for a wet balayage, but the Blonde IQ consistency with their recommended 1:1.5 ratio is perfect!!
I can’t brag on this lightener enough y’all, if you haven’t tried it - go get your hands on some!!
