Done in 20 minutes (30 MAX)
Hereās exactly what I did for this Beef Ramen Noodle Stir-fry
I spent ~10 mins cutting veggies (save time by buying pre cut). Start sautĆ©ing the veggies then put on the ground beef to brown. While the beef was cooking, I boiled the noodles. Everything happening at onceā¦nothing waiting on anything.
The sauce? 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and garlic. Thatās it.
The full recipe:
ā³ 2 packs ramen noodles (only 1 seasoning packet)
ā³ 1 lb ground beef
Ⳡ½ zucchini, 2 bell peppers, 1 head broccoli, ½ onion
ā³ sauce above
You skip dinner because youāre tired. You skip it because you think itās going to be hard⦠but itās not!

š¤Youāre making healthy eating WAY harder than it needs to be.
A nutritious meal doesnāt need to be elaborate, time-consuming, or aesthetic. It just needs my simple formula:
Protein + Fiber + Fun.
Thatās what keeps it realisticā¦which is what makes it sustainable.
And THAT is the difference between ābeing on a dietā and building a lifestyle.
Hereās a few more low-effort dinners to help you in the chaos:
- Rotisserie Chicken Quesdillas (plus mini sweet peppers for fiber)
- Frozen Meatballs over Noodles w/ Canned Veggies (plus some cheesy garlic toast for fun)
- Chicken Taco Bowls w leftover Rotisserie Chicken (chicken, canned beans/corn, 90 sec microwave rice) & donāt forget to add something fun
