I used to dread getting dressed. Nothing ever looked right on me. The trendy outfits showed my c-section pouchâŚ
I hated how I felt in my body & it bled into everything⌠my confidence, my mood, how I treated people around me.
I tried so hard to âfix itâ. Iâd barely eat all day, âbe good,â hold it together... Iâd make it a few days then fall apart at nightâŚ
I couldnât get enough to eat because my body had been running on empty since breakfast.
Then Iâd feel guilty, tell myself Iâd start over tomorrow, and do the same thing the next day.
No matter how hard I tried⌠I failed. Because I didnât need to try harder⌠I needed to do it differently.
đĽ°Now I feel good in my body. Iâm able to go out to eat without starving all day, feel confident in photos, & bounce back after a random Wednesday night pint of Bluebell indulgence.
This is what I help women createâŚ. a body and a life they feel at home in. Confident. Energized. Easy.đЎ
If youâre tired of second-guessing every outfit, overanalyzing every photo, or skipping out on life because you feel like a stranger in your own skin... this is exactly what I help with.
hope this helps đ
Of course it works at first...youâre cutting calories by skipping half the day.
But your body doesnât know what time it is. It just knows if itâs getting fed. Ignore that long enough & you end up starving by 2pm, trying to cram a full day of eating into a few hours, & going to bed before any of it actually gets used.
So of course youâre barely eating but never losing weight.
The clock was never a rule your body agreed to.
Hunger isnât always a problem.. itâs usually just a signal.
And quieting the noise isnât the same as fixing the reason it was there.
đđ
ironic, isnât it?!
PPD/A bout did me in but never again.. retired đ đ¤
Youâre failing at weight loss because youâre trying to put a timeline on your health, which is for life!
If youâve restarted 75Hard 75x and never made it past day 25, you donât just suck at weight loss.
itâs just that plane wasnât built for somebody like youZ
I lost 25 pounds because that I could consistently stick to when my kids are sick, work runs late, I havenât had enough sleep, or the days are busy.
Have you ever attempted 75Hard? Let me know! đ
