I think it’s time to reiterate my no show policy! 🙃

I have been VERY lenient. Letting you all reschedule when you finally remember, not charging etc because I love ya and I don’t want to lose you, but I’m hurting myself. Badly, because it’s not just one person! It’s several, hence the blanket post for all to see!!! 👀

‼️‼️If you cancel within 24 hours or NO SHOW me, my policy is to run your card for HALF the service! If your card is locked or inaccurate, you get BANNED! Meaning you will not be able to book with me!

We are all adults. Use a calendar. My app texts you 100 times. What if I decided I didn’t want to do your nails today and just….wasnt home? I’m giving yall plenty of warning now to go ahead and cancel or move your August appointments, because I’m going back to my hardass ways. August 1! That’s on me for being lenient I guess. I usually give people one, but at this point I lost HUNDREDS of dollars in just July and I’m not exaggerating. Also when I give one, it seems to become a habit and that’s ICKY and you’re taking advantage of my kindness! 😢

I WILL NOT message you to let you know you missed your appointment because you are not my child. If you get an influx of texts that your future appointments are cancelled, you probably didn’t show up and your card didn’t run! 🤷‍♀️ not sorry!

I’m sick of my time being wasted when I literally have a waitlist to get in. NO SALON LETS YOU DO THIS!!! You would be fired as a client! They also charge full price for no shows, at most you’re getting charged $25-30.

This is my JOB, I don’t do this for fun. It is not a cute little hobby. This is how I pay my bills. I have to pay for the schooling I did. I have to pay taxes and to renew my license, I have to buy supplies to DO YOUR NAILS! Plus ALLLLL the bills you all also have!

That being said, thank you to all the clients who respect my time! I understand life happens, I just want to know in time to fill your spot!
