Don’t get me wrong some policies are out of pocket 😂 I won’t speak on those because as service provider, we face some CRAZYY things lol 🛑

Here are a few of mine:

- I LOVEEEE KIDS ❤️ I mean, I do child services- but I do not allow children in the suite while you’re getting a service done. I say this because this is the time for YOU. Kids will be kids & they get impatient. So to avoid any type of injury or liability, I kindly ask you to keep them home or I’ll work with you on a time that fits us best.

- Deposits….sigh lol I know there’s mixed feelings about this BUT keep in mind, I am a small business owner. Your deposit secures your time AND secures the products needed to achieve your inspired look. I don’t have an enormous amount of inventory like a traditional salon. So when we speak beforehand about your goals- there’s some brain power working behind the scenes. I cater to YOUR needs.

- I can usually tell (NOW, thanks to experience) who is difficult or potentially a problematic client. I have ZERO tolerance for disrespect, bashing or anything of that nature. I am willing to work with anyone but by no means will I tolerate any type of disrespect. I can and DO use the “client banning” feature 😣

- All payments are due at the completion of your service. When you leave any business- you pay for the services and/or products. This is no different 😭

Above all- when you sit in my chair, you can trauma dump me or choose a silent appointment. Get you a snack and a drink and just vibe. At the end of the day, I am here for YOU.

It can get a bit messy. Worth it though 😌
