What makes this accomplishment even more special is everything that has happened behind the scenes this year. We have stepped into a brand-new chapter, rebranding from Criswell Hair Company to Blended by Criswell Hair Company, remodeling our space, and expanding into something bigger than I ever imagined.

This wasn’t just about creating a bigger and more beautiful salon. It was about creating more opportunities.

My dream has grown beyond just building a successful business for myself. I want to create a space where others can grow, build their careers, chase their dreams, and achieve accomplishments they may have once thought were impossible. I want Blended to be a place that inspires, supports, and empowers people to become successful in their own way.

This journey has been filled with years of hard work, sacrifices, long days, late nights, risks, faith, growth, and determination. There have been challenges, moments of doubt, and times when giving up may have seemed easier, but moments like this remind me why I never gave up.

As a woman and business owner, building something from the ground up and watching it grow into what it is today has been one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. To now have the opportunity to grow into a bigger space and help create opportunities for others along the way makes this journey even more meaningful.

I am beyond thankful for every client who has sat in our chairs, trusted us with their hair, supported our business, shared our name, voted for us, and continued to believe in us.

To my incredible team, my family, my friends, and every single person who has supported this journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. None of this would be possible without YOU.

A little update! I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU ALL TO SEE THIS GORGEOUS SPACE!

HELLO AUGUST!!! We wanted to share a little salon update and, more importantly, say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🤍

We are officially starting our final inspections! Once those are complete, we'll be able to move forward with our occupancy inspection. After receiving our Certificate of Occupancy, we'll be able to apply for our salon license—the final step before opening our doors!

If everything continues to go smoothly, we're hopeful that we'll be welcoming you into our new salon within the next month. ✨

This journey has been much longer than we ever imagined, with plenty of challenges along the way. But every delay, every hurdle, and every late night has only made us more excited for what's to come. We truly believe it will all be worth it.

To everyone who has encouraged us, checked in on us, shared our excitement, and patiently waited for this dream to become a reality—thank you. Your support has meant more than you'll ever know, and we can't wait to finally welcome you into a space we've poured our hearts into.
