Happy (almost) Pride Month!
To celebrate, I am offering a day of Pay-What-You-Can appointments.
Wednesday, June 3rd between 12-7pm.
Inner Fire Bodywork, Frederick MD.

Have you been hesitating to book a massage due to financial hardship? Now is your chance to make an appointment without fear of the cost! Pay what you feel fits into your budget, even if that is $0.
For reference, I usually charge $50 for 30 minute massage appointments, $100 for hour appointments.

I am doing this to give back to a community that has given me so much. These sessions are under 1 hour door-to-door. You can expect about 30-45 minutes of hands-on time, depending on the modality.

Options for Pay-What-You-Can appointments include:
- Therapeutic bodywork (fully clothed, please wear stretchy or loose clothing)
- Massage (un******ng and being under a sheet and blanket)
- Cupping (with silicone cups)

I'm back to work!
I am currently providing Massage Therapy and Personal Training appointments in the convenient setting of your home!

For now I am only working with established clients and referrals from people that I know and trust.

It has been quite a year. I've had several major events in my personal life. I have been doing a lot of work healing my own body and mind.

I appreciate so immensely all who have reached out to wish me well and offer support during this time. I know many of you have been grappling with your own battles and hardships.

As I approach feeling ready to go back to work, I want to start reconnecting with my clients, my peers and mentors. I have been missing the community of bodyworkers. I miss being able to help people feel a little more connected to their bodies.

I am not back to work yet, but I felt it important that I start somewhere in opening up communication with the people I have been lucky enough to work with and hopefully can continue to help in the future.
