Effective today, a policy update is being implemented regarding remaining balances for all makeup services!
Moving forward, all remaining balances will be due THE DAY BEFORE services are rendered!

This adjustment is necessary due to recent scheduling and payment delays, ensuring that operations remain consistent and fair for a business dedicated to supporting my family. I find it completely disheartening to spend hours and personal resources to ensure you look and feel beautiful for your wedding day, family photos, baby showers, and other milestone events, only to experience delayed payments.
Please note that failing to pay for services rendered will always result in an immediate inability to book future appointments.

If this new policy presents any concerns regarding your current booking, please reach out immediately to discuss a deposit refund or to coordinate a mutually agreeable payment arrangement.
